Scott completed his articles of clerkship with Jensen McConaghy in 2009 and graduated from the University of Queensland on the Dean’s Honour Roll, with degrees in Laws and Business Management.

Since his admission as a Solicitor in 2010, Scott has practiced at Jensen McConaghy in the defence of personal injury claims.

Scott has received direct instructions from clients since 2013 and has achieved successful results at conferences and court hearings.  He has gained valuable experience working on complex and catastrophic claims, and has been able to find innovative ways to add value for clients, such as developing an automated computer program to calculate the value of dependency claims.

The majority of Scott’s practice is in the areas of workers’ compensation and compulsory third party claims, although he also has experience with public liability, consumer law and contractual claims.
