Elizabeth takes a highly successful and proactive approach to claims management in the areas of workers compensation, compulsory third party insurance, local government and public liability.
From 2011, Elizabeth has worked exclusively in the field of defendant insurance claims. She has a wide range of experience in managing matters from statutory reviews through to pre-proceedings and litigation. She particularly enjoys preparing matters for trial and representing her clients in Court.
Elizabeth has a meticulous eye for detail and ensures that all matters are thoroughly investigated. Elizabeth understands the importance of working closely with her clients to ensure the legal processes are clearly understood to achieve satisfactory resolution of claims.
Prior to joining Jensen McConaghy, Elizabeth gained experience at one of Queensland’s largest commercial law firms whilst working in their litigation and insurance and corporate risk teams.
Elizabeth is a current committee member and the Treasurer for AILA (Qld).
