Ross founded Jensen McConaghy with Scott Jensen and together they have built a firm of passionate legal professionals dedicated to fostering client relationships and delivering effective results.
Major insurers rely on Ross for his strategic management of claims to secure early and cost-effective resolution. For over 30 years he has practiced exclusively in insurance and personal injury law, defending compulsory third party, workers compensation, professional indemnity and public liability claims.
He has been actively involved in many aspects of the insurance industry over many years, including the development of Queensland’s tort law reform; Solicitor to the Kennedy Inquiry and drafting reforms to the Queensland WorkCover Legislation; advising on the Ipp Review of the Law of Negligence; and managing the legal services division of a large national insurer.
