Bronwyn Hemon

She has worked in insurance and personal injuries law since the commencement of her legal career and has acted exclusively for WorkCover in the conduct of common law claims since 2000 in both the private and public sector.

Bronwyn’s special interests include psychiatric injury and complex causation issues. She has managed group cluster claims and matters of commercial sensitivity through to successful negotiated resolution and has handled contested matters through applications and the litigation process.

Bronwyn previously worked as a senior associate in private practice and senior principal lawyer/special counsel in the public sector.
