Natalie Guardala

Natalie has practiced exclusively in insurance law representing both plaintiffs and defendants since her admission. She has experience managing workers’ compensation and public liability claims but has predominantly specialised in defendant CTP.

She has spent the majority of her career with a major CTP insurer as an inhouse lawyer. She has extensive experience with catastrophic injuries, complex indemnity matters and claims involving the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland.
