Monique has a special interest in claims involving the agricultural and livestock industries.
Monique has 16 years’ experience in personal injury law across all areas, with a current portfolio of both WorkCover matters and CTP claims including a mix of multi-party, large quantum and limitation and entitlement issues. She has worked for several prominent insurance firms in Brisbane, managing claims for a variety of insurers.
Having grown up on a remote Queensland sheep and cattle property, Monique has a special interest in claims involving the agricultural and livestock industries.
Monique is a current committee member of the Australian Insurance Law Association, with a keen interest in legal education. She presented at the Australian Lawyers Alliance 2023 State Conference and has more recently received the recognition of Best Lawyers 2024 for personal injury law and Best Lawyers 2025 for personal injury and insurance law.
